Algorithm when working with a client company for personnel search:
1. Fill in a short application form (here). After that our specialist will contact you.
2. ARTE BG holds a meeting to get acquainted with a client company. At this point the requirements for a specialist we search are specified, a position’s profile is made up and a deadline of a search process is set. Besides, understanding company values as well as motivation tools and perspectives for a future employee are of great importance.
3. A contract for recruiting services is signed.
4. The search and selection of candidates are carried out through interviews and professional tests with each candidate by Arte Business Group specialist. According to the results of the interviews a certain number of candidates for meetings with a client company is determined.
5. The interviews with a client company, an employee and an Arte Business Group recruiter are arranged. Before each interview our company provides recommendations to the candidates selected for the interviews.
6. The final selection of an employee is made by a client. The employee’s probation period starts.
7. Payments for services are made.
8. Warranty obligations are fulfilled (if necessary).
